Your booking is guaranteed by payment of a deposit or payment in full in advance for your accommodation. An advice will be sent to the client upon receipt of the accommodation payment.

Unconfirmed bookings are not guaranteed.

Payments for accommodation must be settled prior to departure from the hotel, unless a previous arrangement for the account has been agreed in writing with management.

Cancellations:

The hotel MUST be advised of your cancellation at the earliest opportunity by telephone, and then in writing. The following cancellation fees will be levied

• Between 3 and 4 months before the arrival date pay 0.
• Less than one calendar month before arrival date pay 50% of the confirmed stay.
• Between 7 and 0 days before the arrival date pay 100% of confirmed stay

We are unable to accept booking for specific room numbers although we realise that many regular guests have their favorite rooms.

We will endeavor to meet individual needs but circumstances may arise, making this difficult.
